Training Models Used

Warwick Dyer and the Consultancy use three main models for training.

The first is run a lecture/workshop day based on the principle concerns of the staff gathered at fact-finding conversations during a coffee/conversation period prior to the start of the day's training.

The second is through short half-hour observations of a cross-section of individual members of staff followed by a general feedback of the issues gathered and observed during a lecture/workshop session.

The third is like the second except the feedback is done with each staff member individually.      This model can used with one or two targeted individuals or used in half hour slots for all or most staff during the course of a day or two days.   This model is becoming increasingly popular with schools.

Warwick is also happy to work with variations of these models or with pre-existing models with which staff are already comfortable.
